This minor patch addresses a crash bug as well as two systems for staff tooling, as part of Untold Dawn's operations in the second day of Early Access Pre-Alpha launch.

• Created notification channels for staff members to subscribe to. Added local OOC, thinks and feels to this system.
• Created a secret system that gives staff freedom to create more affects on players.
• Fixed a crash bug related to the follow code; when you typed 'follow' alone, it would crash the game.
