This minor update addresses issues encountered with the follow code on the first day of Early Access Pre-Alpha, as well as expand on the tooling available for staff.

Changelog

• Fixed an issue with the follow command, which was making you follow people who were no longer in your room.
• Added the 'stop followers' command which makes other no longer follow you. Other actions that also stop similar things (such as disengage) should be moved to this one in the future.
• Added location to the staff 'examine' command for easier accessing.
• Added a staff command 'where' command that makes it easier to know where conglomerations of players are at, for staff. While this information is already available elsewhere (such as in who), this command is way more organized and orderly and easier to read in a fast-paced puppeting scenario.
